Summit Management Services, LLC was formed from the merging of 3 of the top property management companies in Oxford and the surrounding area: Bailey Management Company, LLC, KRE Property Management, LLC, and Lovelady Property Management Company, LLC.
During a meeting between our 3 separate companies we decided separately we do a good job managing our clients' properties, but if we could combine our company's synergies we could provide a total package for the property owner in Oxford and North Mississippi. So we placed our competitive issues aside and focused on our clients' and tenants' needs and formed Summit Management Services, LLC.
