During a meeting between our 3 separate companies we decided separately we do a good job managing our client’s properties, but if we could combine our company’s synergies we could provide a total package for the property owner in Oxford and North Mississippi. So we placed our competitive issues aside and focused on our clients and tenants needs and formed Summit Management Services, LLC.
